• Basic understanding of electronic components and semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers regarding product-related issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with internal engineering teams to identify solutions.
• Provide on-site technical support and assistance when required.
• Assist in investigating product or quality issues and coordinate follow-up actions with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding technical issues and resolution progress.
• Prepare basic technical reports and documentation as needed.
• Support other technical or customer-related activities as required.

About the Role - Field Applications Engineer (FAE)
