Job summary

Trademasters Service, Inc. is seeking a full-time O&M Facilities Project Manager in NE Washington, DC 20002 at a federal building. You will lead day-to-day onsite operations, manage a diverse team, and ensure safety, quality, and performance. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm with after-hours emergency flexibility.

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 annually based on experience; benefits begin on day one including federal holidays and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of O&M/CFM facility management experience with 8+ years in PM/supervisory role.
• Experience using CMMS for assets, PM schedules and work orders.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with NFPA, EPA, OSHA codes and safety/QC programs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management for a large government facility.
• Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain program documentation for codes, contracts, and permits.
• Respond to emergencies and be on-site within one hour when required.
