Job summary

Trademasters Service, an award-winning federal contractor, seeks an O&M Facilities Project Manager for a large government facility in NE Washington, DC. You will oversee day-to-day operations including engineering, custodial, elevators, and maintenance, with 24/7 readiness and on-site within one hour of emergencies.

Base compensation ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 annually and benefits begin on day one. The role requires strong CMMS, MS Office, and field leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of O&M/CFM facility management experience with PM/supervisory roles.
• Experience updating CMMS for assets, PM schedules, work orders, QC.
• Familiar with NFPA, EPA, OSHA codes; able to read plans/specs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite facilities management for a large government facility.
• Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
• Provide subcontractor and vendor management including reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and contracts.
• Maintain program documentation for codes, permits, and licenses.
• Onsite supervision of facility & custodial teams and subcontractors; proposals manager.
