VALIANT Construction LLC seeks an Onsite Traveling Construction Manager to support U.S. Federal Government healthcare projects ranging from $10M to $50M.

This field-based role oversees daily execution, safety, and compliance on active jobsites and may function as an onsite project manager or quality control support where needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction supervision, 3+ years on federal projects (USACE, NAVFAC, VA, GSA), and is willing to travel full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite full-time.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Minimum five years in construction supervision, with at least three years managing federal projects.
• Up-to-date certifications preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, EM 385‑1‑1.
• Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain necessary clearances for secure government sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite construction leadership supporting daily federal project execution.
• Coordinate field activities, subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Quality Control, and safety staff.
• Participate in onsite meetings, reporting, and coordination with Owners and Government reps.
• Identify issues and drive practical field-oriented solutions.
• Support schedule adherence, progress tracking, and documentation.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and sequencing of work.
• Support safety and EM 385‑1‑1 compliance activities.
• Assist field oversight and issue resolution alongside Supervisors.
