VALIANT Construction LLC is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent to support federal healthcare projects valued from $10M to $50M. The role focuses on safety, quality, planning and coordination with government officials and subcontractors across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on construction management experience, familiarity with FAR/DFARS and a proactive approach to schedules, budgets, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Track 1: 4+ years in commercial/federal construction, crew lead experience.
• Track 2: AA degree plus 2 years related experience; total 4+ years.
• Track 3: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean job site with compliance to standards.
• Assist with project planning, schedules, budgets and cost controls.
• Review contract specs, safety standards, and government guidelines.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, CORs, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee documentation, daily logs, and site coordination from initiation to completion.
