Job summary

Bodwé Group Companies is seeking a Construction Management Representative to serve as the Government's on-site liaison for federally funded projects. You will provide construction management, quality assurance, inspection, documentation, and contract administration support across the project life cycle.

Candidates should have extensive experience with civil, utility, and infrastructure projects and be prepared to provide documentation of three comparable projects, including details and contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of progressive construction management experience on complex projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government's on-site Construction Management Representative during construction.
• Monitor contractor activities for compliance with contract documents and codes.
• Observe construction operations and document progress.
• Coordinate field activities among contractors, Government representatives, and A/E firms.
• Verify workmanship and materials meet contract requirements.
• Assist with commissioning and project closeout.
