Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction observation and oversight of complex federal projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Valid driver's license to navigate Dyess AFB.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and surveillance on complex construction projects.
• Ensure contractor compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractor representatives regarding scheduling and plans.
