Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Custodian experience.
• Good knowledge of tools and building maintenance; basic supervisory skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees custodial operations and administrative tasks related to job requirements.
• Provides basic supervisory oversight to custodians and coordinates with principals, teachers, janitors, and contractors.
• Maintains cleaning supplies, oversees routine maintenance tasks, and manages access control and energy management onsite.
