Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing vendors, procurement processes, and workplace operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintaining operational records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
• Coordinate office space planning, moves, and workplace improvement projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and service providers; support lease administration.
• Maintain asset records and support onboarding/offboarding with equipment management.
• Support security programs and workplace safety compliance.
