Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician for the Lewiston, Idaho site to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will maintain records, use CMMS for work orders, collaborate with teammates, and follow safety protocols. A high school diploma and 2–5 years of related experience are required, with vocational training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of maintenance, repair, or related experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with CMMS and Building Management Systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
• Install and upgrade equipment while ensuring compliance with specs and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders for coordination.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; adhere to lockout/tagout procedures.
