Job summary

Heritage Health - Idaho is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to sustain and repair multiple health care sites across North Idaho. You will handle general maintenance, painting, minor electrical/plumbing tasks, and routine repairs to keep facilities safe and functional.

The role requires knowledge of building trades, the ability to work evenings/weekends if needed, and reliable travel between Heritage Health facilities. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor general maintenance of Heritage Health sites.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Maintain heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
• Inspect and service plumbing systems as needed.
• Paint, texturing, drywall installation/repair and minor carpentry as required.
• Assemble furniture and equipment and manage supplies.
