Job summary

GM Performance Power Units seeks a Facilities Support Associate to clean and maintain our Concord, NC facilities onsite. You will follow safety and PPE guidelines while supporting all areas and assisting other staff as needed.

The role involves coordinating catering for events, restocking supplies, and performing routine cleaning tasks to keep a safe, sanitary environment. 5+ years of industrial cleaning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and housekeeping of industrial facilities.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and PPE procedures.
• Willingness to coordinate with other facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs typical cleaning tasks that support the entire facility, inside and out.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party catering services for events.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain sanitation across the facility.
• Report facility problems to supervisor and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Perform daily walkthroughs and keep common areas clean and organized.
