Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician in Concord, NC to keep assigned GMP areas clean and orderly while following verbal and written instructions. You will work with teammates, explain tasks, and maintain professional communication with supervisors and customers.

The role requires basic GMP knowledge, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and full participation in gowning and safety training. Shifts include various daytime evening schedules with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• May require a valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitization in GMP areas according to SOPs.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and report issues promptly.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and communicate professionally with team.
• Assist shift lead with punch-list items and work orders.
• Complete daily logs and participate in basic training and certification.
• Support area operations during staff shortages and ensure GMP compliance.
