Job summary

UCHealth in Fort Collins is seeking a Facilities Design and Construction professional to handle space planning, CAD updates, and project coordination for small to medium projects. The role focuses on space requirements, interior finishes, and budget development with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include updating CAD drawings, managing project logs, and maintaining square footage data for CMS and other requirements while ensuring on-time delivery and cost

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License.
• 1 year project related experience; CAD and Revit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates space requirements, interior finishes, furniture requirements and budget input.
• Updates CAD drawings and project log; maintains square footage calculations.
• Manages project implementation to meet goals, controls resources, risks, timelines and costs.
• Identifies and coordinates resources necessary for project success.
