Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or relevant field.
• 3 years of progressive experience in planning, design, and construction; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads capital projects, typically < $30M, with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manages bidding and contracts with architecture, engineering, and construction firms.
• Guides design and construction changes with knowledge of healthcare regulations and FGIs.
• Directs design and construction processes and meetings with executives, user groups, and owner/architect/contractor teams.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
