Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 1 year of experience in CAD using AutoCAD or Revit or equivalent training.
• Experience with space management is preferred.
• Experience with Facilities Management systems like CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural CAD files for CAFM system and create space polylines per guidelines.
• Create room and equipment records in AutoCAD for CAFM system per standards.
• Develop standard layering conventions to be used by third-party design firms and maintain CAD/CAFM standards manual.
• Update drawings with as-built data.
