Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Facilities Design and Construction professional in Fort Collins, CO to handle space planning, update of CAD drawings and coordination on small projects. You will manage space requirements, budgets, and input interior plans with internal customers and vendors.

The role is an onsite, day shift position with 80 hours per pay period and a strong emphasis on timely project delivery, CAD and Revit familiarity, and cross-functional collaboration to support CMS and facility

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License is required.
• 1 year project-related experience preferred; CAD and Revit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates space requirements, interior finishes, furniture requirements and other tasks with internal customers and vendors; input interior plans and budget development.
• Updates CAD drawings and project logs; develops space designs and maintains square footage calculations for CMS and other requirements.
• Manages project implementation to meet goals while controlling resources, risks, timelines and costs.
• Identifies and coordinates resources necessary for project success.
• Works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
