Job summary

Keller Executive Search is seeking a hands-on Facilities and Operations Lead to oversee daily activity across warehouse, repair, and facilities functions. This role reports to senior leadership and guides a small team of managers and staff while strengthening processes as the company grows.

The successful candidate will coordinate facilities management, warehouse flow, repair scheduling, inventory control, and safety compliance across multiple sites, partnering with the executive team to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, supervision, or general management in industrial settings.
• Experience with scheduling or work-order systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on management style.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for facilities management and vendor coordination.
• Manage daily operations across multiple warehouse sites with inbound/outbound product flow, dispatch, repair scheduling, and work-order prioritization.
• Monitor and support managers, warehouse staff, and repair technicians, tracking progress and labor utilization.
• Take ownership of inventory control and purchasing, ensuring accuracy and product availability.
• Work with the executive team to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities, supporting planning and reporting.
• Oversee the on-site repair function, including hydraulic and electrical control-system repair, ensuring timelines and quality.
