Job summary

Skilled US is seeking a proactive Facilities/Operations Associate to maintain clean, safe spaces and support daily operations at our Franklin Road campus. You will handle custodial duties, minor maintenance, and logistics for classes and events, working independently or with the team.

The role requires 1-3 years in facilities, a high school diploma, and comfort lifting up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish/Haitian Creole strongly preferred, and a willingness to wear multiple hats in a dynamic

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of facilities management experience.
Basic mechanical/maintenance aptitude preferred.
Bilingual ability in English plus Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of classrooms, labs, restrooms, offices, and common areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restocking supplies).
Conduct minor maintenance and repairs or coordinate with vendors for larger repairs.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and facility supplies.
Set up and break down rooms for classes, events, or trainings.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing shipments and materials for programs.
Support opening/closing procedures for the facility.
Help coordinate logistics for events, orientations, or site visits.
Track and report facility or equipment issues to the front office staff.
Assist with basic administrative tasks (logs, checklists, inventory records).
