Job summary

Skilled US is seeking a dependable Facilities/Operations Associate to keep our Franklin Road campus clean, safe, and well-organized. You will perform hands-on custodial duties while providing light operational support to ensure programs run smoothly.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and comfort wearing multiple hats in a busy educational environment. The position is in person at our corporate headquarters, with responsibilities spanning cleaning, minor maintenance, inventory,

Qualifications

1-3 years of facilities management experience.
Basic mechanical/maintenance aptitude helpful.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of classrooms, labs, restrooms, offices, and common areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restocking supplies).
Conduct minor maintenance and repairs or coordinate with vendors for larger repairs.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and facility supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards (OSHA, local health codes).
Set up and break down rooms for classes, events, or trainings.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing shipments and materials for programs.
Support opening/closing procedures for the facility and coordinate logistics for events.
