Job summary

OnPath FCU in Louisiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe, functional and well-maintained across locations. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs and preventive upkeep, coordinating with other departments to support our member-focused service.

The role requires 2-5 years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Class C driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• 2-5 years of similar or related experience.
• Valid Class C driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Working knowledge of power, hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to complete work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance at all company locations according to schedules and checklists.
• Conduct preventative maintenance using prescribed procedures and documentation.
• Set up and clean up for special events, meetings, and facility activities.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and renovations as assigned.
• Handle purchase, pickup, and delivery of maintenance supplies and materials as needed.
• Complete work orders, maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, and submit maintenance reports.
• Inspect and replace HVAC filters, identify and repair leaks, and perform seasonal tasks such as pressure washing.
