Job summary

OnPath Credit Union in Metairie, LA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep across all company facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, and a well-maintained environment for members and staff.

You will handle HVAC filter replacement, minor repairs, inventory, and work orders, with 2–5 years of related experience and a valid Class C driver’s license. This is an on-site role requiring physical work.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of maintenance experience or related work.
• High school education or GED required.
• Valid Class C driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of power and hand tools and basic equipment.
• Ability to complete work orders and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep across all facilities.
• Inspect and replace HVAC filters, identify leaks, and perform seasonal tasks.
• Set up and clean for events and meetings; assist with renovations as needed.
• Handle purchases, pickups, and delivery of maintenance supplies; submit reports.
