Job summary

Hubbard House, Inc. is seeking a dependable janitorial/maintenance worker to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities and grounds.

You will handle routine cleaning, light maintenance, and coordination with external service providers to meet agency needs. The role requires at least one year of janitorial or maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of janitorial and/or general maintenance experience.
• Must read, write and speak English; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and administration areas by mopping, vacuuming, dusting and trash removal.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing bulbs, A/C filters).
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders with vendors per agency policy.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance.
• Assist in special facility projects and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure proper inspections of buildings, vehicles, and grounds are performed on schedule.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
