Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of our club facilities both indoors and outdoors. You will perform routine cleaning, address immediate cleanliness concerns, and support maintenance across restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.

The role reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in general maintenance or janitorial work in a club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in a golf club environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary; keep floors swept, mopped, and polished.
• Dust and wipe furniture, shelves, desks, chandeliers, and fixtures; include ceiling HVAC registers.
• Complete daily assignments in their areas to meet club standards and communicate progress.
• Perform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and related areas.
• Maintain a maintenance and project checklist for preventive maintenance and improvements.
• Coordinate with supervisor to prioritize and complete requests from Heads, members, and guests.
