Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with strong knowledge of facility/building systems and production equipment.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Safety/OSHA knowledge and ability to work with shop/office teams professionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; manage work orders and logs.
• Lead and support maintenance technicians; train and coach the team.
• Troubleshoot/repair facility and equipment systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, hydraulic).
• Coordinate contractors for larger repairs or renovations; review quotes and track timelines/costs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and support shutdown planning to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance (OSHA/LOTO); promote safe work practices.
