Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a hands-on Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor in Oaks, PA to oversee the upkeep, safety, and reliability of our facilities, equipment, utilities and systems. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage outside contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities operations to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and building systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related issues.
• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify maintenance and safety needs.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Ensure tools and spare parts are properly stocked and inventoried.
• Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and provide technical guidance.
