Job summary

McKesson is seeking a skilled Maintenance Facilities Service Representative to support the safe, efficient operation of our facility. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, complete repairs, and respond to facility service requests.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience maintaining commercial or industrial facilities and can independently resolve a variety of building maintenance issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in facilities maintenance.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues such as lighting, plumbing leaks, doors, fixtures, and equipment malfunctions.
• Complete work orders promptly while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Perform general building repairs including painting, drywall, carpentry, and minor mechanical work.
• Support office and facility operations through furniture moves and meeting room setup.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory levels, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance activities.
• Participate in emergency response activities and facility readiness.
