Job summary

McKesson is seeking a skilled Maintenance Facilities Service Representative to support the safe, efficient operation of our facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, complete repairs, and respond to facility service requests.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience maintaining commercial or industrial facilities and can independently resolve a variety of issues while ensuring safety standards are met; strong communication and record-keeping are

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience in facilities maintenance.
Experience maintaining building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and schematics.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues such as lighting, leaks, doors, fixtures, and equipment malfunctions.
Complete work orders in a timely and quality-focused manner with safety in mind.
Perform general building repairs including painting, drywall, carpentry, and minor mechanical work.
Support office and facility operations including furniture moves and room setups.
Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and documentation of repairs and inspections.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance activities.
Participate in emergency response and facility readiness efforts.
