Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience staffing, training, development, coaching and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and manage capital projects and budgets.
• Perform inspections and identify operational efficiencies and upgrades.
• Oversee safety procedures and procurement processes for parts and labor.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values, influencing stakeholders.
