• Space Planning & Vendor Management: lead moves and oversee vendors.
• Safety & Emergency Preparedness: assist with drills and safety materials.
• Office Services & Supplies: manage inventory, mail, access badges, reports.
• Customer Service & Front Office Support: greet visitors and support reception.
