Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. seeks a Facilities / Building Maintenance Engineer II for our League City, TX site. This fully onsite role supports reliable operation of building systems and preventative maintenance across the campus.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, manage lighting inspections, and assist in storm preparation. Strong basic trades skills and emergency response readiness are essential; licenses/designations such as Third Grade Engineer, SMT,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1–3 years of related maintenance experience.
Ability to respond to emergency alarms during both regular hours and after hours.

Responsibilities

Perform routine operational maintenance on equipment, including start-up and shutdown procedures.
Evaluate and resolve arising problems, with assistance and/or supervision as needed.
Conduct lighting inspections, manage inventory of bulbs, change bulbs, and request ballast replacements.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and miscellaneous issues.
Respond to maintenance duties/work orders as they occur on the premises.
Perform preventative maintenance work on equipment as assigned.
Demonstrate on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis and assist in storm preparation.
