Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience managing facilities operations in regulated life sciences or biotech environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with growth and operations.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and optimization of building systems and manufacturing infrastructure.
• Manage capital projects from design to execution, including scope, budget, and timeline.
