Qualifications

• 10+ years in industry with 5+ years in senior facilities leadership.
• Experience in regulated life science or biotech settings.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven budgeting, CAPEX and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term facilities strategy aligned with growth and regulatory standards.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and critical manufacturing infrastructure.
• Manage capital projects from design to execution within budget.
• Lead EH&S program and safety culture.
• Mentor and build a high-performing facilities team.
