Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating events and managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with suppliers, vendors, customers, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consumer travel shows, supplier presentations, and smaller events with timelines, tasks, and communications.
• Work with travel suppliers, venues, vendors, and internal teams to bring events together for a well‑run experience.
• Handle setup, registration, signage, materials, onsite coordination, and breakdown to ensure guests have a positive experience.
• Coordinate online events, including scheduling, promos, participant communications, and follow‑ups.
• Support invitations, emails, and promotional content to drive attendance at free events.
• Track attendance, expenses, and outcomes, and manage post‑event communications and next steps.
