Qualifications

• Experience coordinating consumer travel events or similar activities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication with suppliers and partners.
• Comfort with both planning and hands-on event execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consumer travel shows, supplier presentations, and smaller events with timelines and tasks.
• Work with travel suppliers, venues, vendors, and internal teams for well-run events.
• Handle onsite setup, registration, signage, materials, and breakdown.
• Coordinate online events, including scheduling and follow-up communications.
• Support invitations and promotional content to boost event attendance.
• Track attendance, expenses, and outcomes; manage post-event communications.
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns across email, web, print, and other channels.
• Create and schedule event-related and brand content for social media; monitor engagement.
• Proofread materials and maintain calendars to keep deadlines on track.
