Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details and staffing for each event.
• Be the on-site hands-on coordinator and problem-solver.
• Set up, manage check-in, and ensure quality guest experience.
• Coordinate with partners, venues, and staff to align roles and responsibilities.
• Communicate updates and post-event breakdown and shipping of materials.
