Job summary

Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to manage logistics for upcoming in-person events. The role is on-location, contract-based per event, with responsibilities including on-site setup, staff coordination, and guest check-in.

Candidates should be based in Aguadilla and demonstrate strong communication in English. Ideal applicants will have corporate event experience, problem-solving skills, and the energy to thrive in a startup-tech

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate events and large-scale events.
• Based in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
• Excellent problem-solving under pressure and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details, ship materials, and staff for each event.
• Be the day-of onsite hands-on coordinator and ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Set up, align with onsite team, tear down, and repackage materials.
• Manage check-in and welcome guests; problem-solve on-site.
• Escalate issues to Events Team and communicate updates during the event.
