Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an experienced Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) leader to head a high-performance team for complex project programs. You will ensure ESH requirements are integrated and drive compliance, performance, and continuous improvement on a major upgrade project.

The role involves onsite leadership, collaboration with engineering, construction, and procurement, and delivering robust ESH plans across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in environmental, safety, health or science.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in ESH project execution.
• Knowledge of national safety laws/regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises an ESH program including technical and admin aspects.
• Leads ESH personnel development through coaching and mentoring.
• Ensures ESH requirements are integrated in planning, design, construction and operations.
