United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Escrow Administrator for our San Diego office to support the TRAC+ Closing team. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in San Diego and a two-week training period in Michigan, with no employer sponsorship for work authorization.

You will ensure compliance with state escrow rules, collaborate across internal teams, and help meet deadlines for loan closings. Experience in mortgage or escrow processes is advantageous, and a strong attention to detail

Job description

UWM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our San Diego office as an Escrow Administrator to support our TRAC+ Closing team.

This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our San Diego office. This role requires two weeks of training in Michigan.

This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will ensure compliance with state-specific closing and escrow requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet licensing requirements and work closely with other leaders on the TRAC+ team to meet deadlines and close loans in a timely manner.
