Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an experienced Environmental/Safety/Health (ESH) Manager to lead the contractor's ESH program across all functional areas at Fort Gordon, GA. The role ensures compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and installation policies, while guiding hazard mitigation and incident investigations.

Responsibilities include developing ESH plans, coordinating training, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety or related field.
Minimum 4 years supervising environmental/safety programs.
Experience with DoD contracts or BASOPS preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the contractor's Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) program across all functional areas.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, USACE EM 385-1-1, environmental regulations, contract requirements, and installation policies.
Conduct safety inspections, environmental assessments, hazard assessments, and compliance audits.
Identify hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and tracked to completion.
Support accident, incident, injury, and environmental event investigations and required reporting.
Develop and maintain ESH plans, procedures, records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate and provide required ESH training, safety briefings, and employee orientations.
