Job summary

KSB GIW, Inc. is seeking an ESH Assistant Manager in Grovetown, GA to lead and improve environmental, safety, and health programs across sites.

The role ensures regulatory compliance, advances sustainability, supports audits and reporting, and drives cross-functional projects to reduce injuries and improve systems. Responsibilities include managing EMS/EnMS/SMS, leading audits, data analysis, training, and document control, while fostering a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with EMS/EnMS/SMS and applicable standards.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, audits and reporting.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills and demonstrated ability to lead audits and cross-functional improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve integrated ESH management systems (EMS, EnMS, SMS).
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for management-system issues.
• Manage incident investigations and verify effective follow-up.
• Lead and support improvement projects tied to ESH systems.
• Serve as Lead Auditor for EMS/EnMS/SMS and conduct internal audits; support external audits as needed.
