Chugach Government Solutions is seeking an Environmental/Health/Safety (EHS) Manager to administer the Contractor's EHS Program, ensuring OSHA and EM 385-1-1 compliance and proactive risk management on a CONUS military installation.

The role emphasizes safety training delivery, incident investigation, and continuous improvement across facilities, construction, and government operations, with a focus on regulatory documentation and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related environmental/ safety field.
• Minimum four years supervising environmental or occupational safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer the EHS Program.
• Supervise environmental and occupational safety activities supporting contract operations.
• Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report safety performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, HAZWOPER, and environmental regulations.
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Coordinate environmental compliance activities, inspections, and reporting.
• Maintain required safety and environmental documentation.
• Advise project leadership on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
