Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage all activities at InSite locations, ensuring project operations meet provincial and local environmental regulations. The role oversees safety, audits, waste packaging, and project scoping with a focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing compliance protocols, coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining strong health and safety practices across projects. DOE varies by location with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver's license; DOT training required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (RCRA, DOT, TSCA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely at all times.
• Establish baseline audit protocol for all new waste programs and document compliance parameters.
• Coordinate with resources to provide follow-up and document audit results and corrective actions.
• Properly package waste to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Scope, quote, and execute projects for clients with safety and efficiency.
• Develop business via client relationships and project scoping/quoting.
• Manage labor/equipment costs for assigned work.
• Communicate contractual obligations and track change orders prior to additional work.
