Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is seeking an Entertainment Technician to assist in the setup and configuration of audio, video, and lighting systems for live events. The role requires hands-on support to ensure kick-off readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up audio, video and lighting for live events.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site AV issues quickly.
• Knowledge of KUDO line array and Omnidrive speaker management.
• Familiar with front-of-house and monitor mixing consoles.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and configuration of AV systems for events.
• Troubleshoot issues during events.
• Support and maintain AV hardware and software.
• Perform preshow checks to ensure venue readiness.
