Job summary

HiveWatch seeks a Physical Security Systems Engineer to join our team as a forward deployed resource at AT&T's headquarters in Dallas, TX. You will be the primary HiveWatch technical resource on-site, deploying and optimizing security systems across cloud-based access control, video management, and visitor management.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Global Workplace Solutions, designing integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing end-user training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing physical security systems in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud-based access control, biometrics, and video management systems.
• Experience with API-based integrations of physical security systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and optimize enterprise-scale physical security systems at the customer site.
• Serve as HiveWatch on-site technical resource at AT&T HQ in Dallas, collaborating with multiple teams.
• Oversee design and implementation of security integrations across access control, video, and visitor management.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues to enable interoperability with GSOC.
• Provide technical training and guidance to end users and stakeholders.
• Document system configurations and integration workflows for operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
