Job summary

HiveWatch, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to own the end-to-end IT function for a growing team. You’ll manage onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycles, and core productivity tools, while ensuring security, reliability, and user-friendly technology across the organization.

You’ll serve as the sole IT resource, interfacing with vendors, maintaining cloud IAM, and driving proactive improvements as HiveWatch scales. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with progressive ownership of corporate IT in growing orgs.
• Experience managing IT vendors or MSP relationships.
• Hands-on admin of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
• Self-directed; able to prioritize and resolve requests as a team of one.
• Strong foundation across endpoint management, IAM/SSO, networking, and cloud.
• Experience with SaaS licensing, vendor contracts, SLAs, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full IT support lifecycle from intake to resolution for all employees.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding: accounts, hardware, access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Manage endpoint provisioning and device lifecycle across the fleet.
• Administer and enforce policy for productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Maintain corporate network and internet connectivity, including security and reliability.
• Coordinate vendor/MSP relationships and cloud IAM for non-production access.
