Job summary

Kentro is seeking an experienced Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Knowledge Management program for USSOCOM in Jacksonville, NC. The role involves designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise software solutions, and collaborating with government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable knowledge management capabilities.

You will work on-site at Camp Lejeune Jacksonville and must possess an active U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, or maintaining enterprise software solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively within technical teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions supporting program objectives.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Support enhancement and sustainment of enterprise knowledge management and collaboration capabilities.
• Troubleshoot software issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Participate in system testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting system development and operations.
• Collaborate with Government personnel and multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities.
• Support modernization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable security requirements, organizational policies, and established development standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.
