Job summary

Kentro is seeking an experienced Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Knowledge Management program for USSOCOM in Tampa, FL. The Developer will design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions that enable knowledge management, collaboration, and mission operations across the Special Operations enterprise.

The role requires collaboration with Government stakeholders and technical personnel to deliver secure, scalable capabilities while adhering to security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, military service, and experience.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, or maintaining enterprise software solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating within technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions supporting program objectives.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Support enhancement and sustainment of enterprise knowledge management and collaboration capabilities.
• Troubleshoot software issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Participate in system testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting system development and operations.
• Collaborate with Government personnel and multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities.
• Support modernization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with security requirements, policies, and development standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.
