• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobiles.
• Support VPN, RSA tokens, Citrix connectivity; handle identity/access tasks.
• Resolve tickets, maintain clear documentation, meet SLAs.
• Install and maintain desktop OS and enterprise apps; coordinate hardware replacements.
