RTX in Sterling, Virginia is seeking an Engineering Technician to support integration, testing, maintenance and deployment of simulation and training systems for customer missions. This onsite role offers hands-on hardware and software work, travel to client sites, and collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams.

Formación

• AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with relevant experience.
• Active, transferable U.S. government security clearance required before start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Support integration, testing, and maintenance of simulation and training systems.
• Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and system modifications per program needs.
• Travel to customer sites to support installations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Diagnose complex hardware issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to keep schedules.
• Support rack assembly, chassis integration, cable/wire harness tasks, and lab readiness.
